Hello and welcome to Silva Serene.
My name is Mel, I am a professionally trained therapist, based in Thame, bringing calm and balance back to your body, encouraging your whole being to heal itself, in the comfort of your own home.
Throughout our lives we often experience things that cause upset and stress that we can find hard to get through. Trauma, such as: Bereavement, fertility issues, illness, relationship breakdown, redundancy / work / moving home or wedding stress bring our bodies out of balance and will need loving care and attention. Making time for ‘you’ and receiving reflexology or healing could help.
Life for many is a daily balancing act; juggling home and work pressures that can lead to anxiety, stress and poor sleep patterns leaving you feeling generally out of sorts.
If you’re suffering from pain, lacking in energy, experiencing stress, feeling out of balance or finding it difficult to sleep, these wonderful therapies can change your life for the better.
EFFECTS FROM THE CORONA VIRUS :
After and during all of the effects people experienced and are still experiencing, relating to the Corona Virus, the lockdown created so much uncertainty, anxiety, stress and in some cases, depression, to most people, or people they know, families, individuals and communities being affected, I felt the need to help anyone that I can by reducing my prices for two months. If you have multiple people in single households, why not book or gift treatments for all or some of you. I am currently carrying out multiple treatments for family members / couples and friends, in same households, including house / flat mates.
I am offering reflexology for school students who have been affected by the lockdown and the stresses of not seeing their friends, isolation and catching up with school term work, those who had exams due and those who have exams due next year. Babies can safely have Reflexology, so children of all ages. A parent can be present during the consultation and treatment.
I am offering Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Energy Healing to adults (18 and over) who have been affected by stress, anxiety, depression, isolation or physical / emotional or mental illnesses, related or unrelated in any way by the Coronoa Virus. Sadly for those who have lost their jobs, the uncertainty relating to their job, redundancies, or planned redundancies, bereavements and for any other reason that has created an in-balance in your being.
If you, your children or family have been suffering in any way, please give me a call and discuss booking a treatment for you / them. I will be only too happy to use my expertise to help in your safe environment and following the guidelines in order to keep you all safe.
PLEASE NOTE: If you or any of your household have any symptoms of the Virus, a cold, High temperature or Flu, please be respectful of me and my clients and DO NOT book a treatment until you are well and after your isolation period AND let me know if you have already booked a treatment and then your symptoms arise, so that we can re-schedule and keep everyone safe. I will be using a mask, hand sanitizers and will clean any equipment and I ask at this time that you all provide your own towels for treatments. I will bring a chair for Indian Head Massage treatments and it is best for you to sit in a comfort chair of your own at home for your reflexology treatment.
- Bath towel required for Reflexology
- Hand Towel for Indian Head Massage
